Great apartment community in St. Louis, MO
This is a great apartment community to live in. We lived in a two bedroom townhome which was reasonably priced. The location of this place is great (very close to olive, Hwy 141 and 64). The complex is very well maintained and the landscaping is taken care of throughout the year. They are very prompt about snow removal and garbage/trash cleanups.
Its an old property so buildings may require frequent repairs but the maintenance staff is extremely prompt and get things taken care as soon as possible- they even have an after office emergency hotline.
The leasing office is extremely responsive and helpful. They try to understand your situation and accommodate your requests as much as possible. We have had the pleasure of working with Trisha Olsen and Kirstin Schmelig in somewhat tricky situations regarding our lease but they helped and guided us throughout the process to alleviate our situation.
Would highly recommend especially to families as there are lots of kids always playing in the park and swimming pool as it is a very safe neighborhood.

Great place to live. The area is great, the grounds are expertly maintained and the office staff is very responsive and professional. It is just the right amount of space for me and my little fam! I have been here for almost 10 years and plan to stay even longer!
Great value for the cost of rent in St. Louis, MO
I’ve been living here about 6 months and have really enjoyed it! It’s a great value for the cost of rent. I rent a 2 bed garden style and really enjoy the amount of storage the unit has including the storage unit in the basement! Great location as well!

Community is very quiet in St. Louis, MO
I lived here with several roommates and my wife for the better part of 4 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is nicely tucked away from the street and hubbub of West County but allows easy access to such as 141 and Olive Rd are very close. The community itself is generally very quiet, the grounds are very well kept, and the apartments are fairly well maintained. When we first moved in, the manager was very good and on top of things (her name was Colleen) but during recent lease renewals the staff has been somewhat difficult to work with as they (there have been multiple people in on different days) did not seem as organized and did not seem to communicate well with one another. I would have to remind them of things or redo paperwork, etc. While the managers here are wanting, the manager of Wolff Properties, Trisha Olsen, is wonderful and always easy to work with. She always seems on top of her game and happy to help. She was a godsend in getting some things straightened out during our tenure there. Lastly, the maintenance crew is also great here. In my experience they were very on top of requests and then they were done well and with good quality. I even had a major repair that had to be done and they were very good about getting there as soon as they could and being respectful of the space while communicating well with my wife and I. I would definitely move here again if in the area and I had a good job.

This property is perfectly tucked away in west county with immediate access to I40/Rte. 141 and easy access to many shopping centers and schools!
The office staff are always nice and happy to hear from you. Compared to anywhere I have ever lived, maintenance requests are taken seriously and handled within a day or so. The members of the community are friendly yet quiet.
I don’t plan on moving any time soon!
